Indago is made up of a multidisciplinary team of professionals with solid experience in the different areas concerning “Human Rights and Business”.
Our team gathers knowledge and expertise on the international system of human rights protection, including training and work experience in international tribunals and United Nations bodies. Our background also includes work experience in non profit organisations such as Medicines sans frontiers (Doctors without Borders) or the European Coalition for Corporate Justice (ECCJ). The former includes the coordination of humanitarian projects in countries immersed in armed conflicts and high-risk zones. ECCJ is a European coalition of entities that advocate for legal developments in the European Union that enhance corporate accountability and access to justice for victims of corporate-linked abuses.
Indago’s members have a highly international profile, having developed projects in countries such as Spain, Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands, UK, Turkey, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Syria, Colombia, Dominican Republic or El Salvador.
Alongside the work with European institutions and organisations specialized in Human Rights and Business, Indago carries out teaching and dissemination activities in cooperation with universities such as the Carlos III University of Madrid (Spain). This activity comprises post-doctoral research work and the contribution to international congresses and workshops in institutions such as the University of Sevilla (Spain) or the University of Milan (Italy).
