The Project, coordinated by the Centre “Federico Stella” from the Università Cattolica di Milano, specifically addressed at applying Directive 2012/29/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 establishing minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime, has published, among other materials, the National Empirical Research Report. The results of this document are based on having conducted interviews and focal groups and it concentrates on environmental crimes and offences in the pharmaceutical industry.
The Guidelines have tackled, among other issues, the question of restorative justive.
At the moment, the published materials include:
- Guidelines for the individual evaluation of the protection needs of victims of corporate violence. Available here.
- Guidelines for the Judicial Police (investigators), Prosecution and the Judiciary. Available here only in Italian.
Training courses on the topic business and human rights have also been launched and will start in September in Italy and are specifically directed to:
